What will you do? Expansion and management of properties in Germany ;
Acquisition of important property management companies in Germany , potentially interested in promoting their properties on Spacest.com: from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
Daily management of relations with German Property Owners and Managers : performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.;




Business Development activities.
What is required? Fluent German language;
Fluent English language;
Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
Sales aptitude;
Organisational and management skills;
Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
