YELDO is a fintech company in the real estate investment space with offices in Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Italy. We offer direct digital access to institutional-level real estate investments via our technology platform.
As of today, we have raised capital for about 1Bn of real estate projects in Europe and Switzerland with an historical IRR of ca. 14.6% and 0% default rate.

Role summary
This position within the Finance Team will allow you to work on YELDO's financial and operational needs, playing a critical role in the construction of an harmonic financial and corporate structure for YELDO across several countries: Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
You will report directly to YELDO's Chief Financial Officer.
We are seeking an energetic and hands‑on colleague with knowledge and background of finance and accounting.
The ideal candidate should be able to work within the team developing internal tools related to financial planning and cost control requirements, with a constant reporting activity within the Group bodies.

The perfect candidate has a desire to learn about our investment products and can understand complex financial information clearly. As a Finance Specialist Intern, you must be excellent in understanding accounting principles, budgeting, financial and accounting analysis, you will need to develop and maintain a comprehensive internal control system, financial analysis tools and revenues/costs attribution framework within companies of the Group.
