FICEP SPA, leading company in the metalworking industry, in order to strengthen its team, is looking for:

MECHANICAL WORKER

The successful candidate will join the Production Department and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, carrying out assembly, installation, and support activities involving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Requirements
- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience, even at an entry level, in the mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and/or electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Good knowledge of standard measuring instruments.

Required Skills
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.




- Ability to use machinery, tools, and diagnostic equipment for assembly and maintenance activities.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

What We Offer
- Working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (day shift).
- Annual gross salary: €25,000–€40,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
