Medtronic is seeking an Educational Manager to define and execute the regional Training & Education strategy, aligning with marketing and customer needs. The role drives clinical adoption by designing scalable educational pathways and hands-on training across the region, ensuring strong learner impact and governance.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and travel across Western Europe for at least 50% of your time to optimize program delivery and outcomes.
