Role
We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.

You will:
- Own technical direction and product architecture
- Lead and grow the engineering team in Milan
- Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
- Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO

What we need
- Experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
- Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
- Strong hands-on engineering capability

Strong fit
- Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React
- Multi-tenant SaaS and event-driven systems
- Distributed engineering team leadership
- Marketplace and SaaS product economics understanding




- Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments

Stack
- Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
- React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- AWS ECS/Fargate, Terraform
- Anthropic / multi-model AI infrastructure
- MCP tooling, RAG, agentic workflows

More Info
- Founding-team role
- Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid)
