Oniverse is an Italian multi-brand group, vertically integrated and active in three main business areas: fashion, food&wine;, and nautical. For the E-commerce area, we are looking for a UX & CRO Manager. WHERE: Oniverse HQ Dossobuono di Villafranca (Verona) WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Define the UX and Conversion Rate Optimization strategy for our brands' digital channels in line with business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate a UX/UI team, supporting its development and defining operational priorities.
- Coordinate and supervise user behavior analysis activities (session replay, heatmaps, user testing, surveys, etc.).
- Supervise business-as-usual activities (homepage, banners, landing pages, etc.), ensuring visual and functional consistency with brand identity.
- Lead the design of effective interfaces and user flows, in collaboration with UX Designers, UI Specialists, and Frontend Developers.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with a data-driven approach.




- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user experience.
- Collaborate with international E-commerce teams to scale global UX and CRO best practices.
- Monitor performance KPIs and prepare periodic reports on the impact of UX & CRO initiatives.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in UX, CRO, or Digital Optimization roles, preferably in E-commerce or digital retail.
- You have advanced knowledge of user research methodologies and A/B testing.
- You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar/Contentsquare, Optimizely/Google Optimize, VWO, Figma, etc.
- You have a strong data orientation and an analytical mindset, capable of transforming insights into concrete actions.
- You possess excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- You have fluent knowledge of the English language.
