LJB & Co is seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy. You will manage the commercial aspects of civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring financial control, contractual compliance, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires 3–5 years in quantity surveying on large-scale projects, with strong procurement, valuations, and contract management capabilities.
