YOUR TASKS
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting guests via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide helpful information about reservations, services, and destinations while ensuring quick and effective solutions to guest enquiries
- Handle challenging situations professionally and confidently, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales through up-selling and tailored recommendations for guests
- Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to achieving team targets for customer satisfaction, revenue, and conversions
- Work with internal teams across departments such as Finance, Commerce,
and Hotel Operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor recurring enquiries and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement
- Support administrative tasks, reporting, and other ad-hoc activities when required
YOUR PROFILE
- First experience in customer service, hospitality, call centre, or a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a multi-channel contact environment (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and professional in challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
