The role
We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C .

In this role, your mission will be to connect Product and Market—shaping clear narratives,



validating opportunities through structured analysis, and supporting go-to-market initiatives to drive commercial impact and reinforce our brand positioning .

Responsibilities

- Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio, ensuring coherence across channels and target segments.
- Develop high-quality commercial materials, maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall narrative.
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate features, learning outcomes, and differentiators into strong and commercially effective value propositions.
- Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to identify trends, benchmark positioning, and uncover opportunity areas.
- Support go‑to‑market execution for new launches and special projects, preparing core messaging and enabling materials for internal teams.
