Your Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive the development,



validation and industrialization of our mechatronic/electronic systems and devices.

The role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, timely product solutions and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Impact
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets.
- Guarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.
- Define technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper. integration of mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Supervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product. reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in the assigned project (R&D; electronics, mechanics, firmware
