Back Office Assistant – In Store, Roma via del Corso
Sephora offers a full‑time, on‑site position that supports store operations and contributes to the team’s success in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Managers in planning staff schedules and monitoring anomalies in the company ERP.
- Plan holiday and training calendars.
- Organise recruitment for new resources: screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Welcome new joiners: coordinate onboarding, prepare documentation, and maintain the archive.
- Manage supplies across systems and external vendors, including SAP knowledge.
- Apply company procedures (regulations, safety protocols).
- Continuously improve the efficiency of operations related to inventory audit.

Qualifications
- Good command of Italian and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Team‑working capability.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
