MatchaTalent is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for Italy Operations, based in Milan. The role oversees budgeting, reporting, compliance, tax planning, treasury, and multinational coordination between Italian operations and global HQ.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of overseas financial management experience within multinationals, plus 3+ years in Italy, and a strong manufacturing finance background. Fluency in Italian and Chinese/Mandarin, plus business English, is required.
