Object First, now an independent business unit of Veeam, provides secure backup storage and ransomware-proof protection. We are seeking a technical support professional who can resolve complex customer issues and guide configurations.
You will work with Veeam products, VMware ESXi/vSphere, Ubuntu Linux, Windows Server, and cloud integrations, delivering practical solutions and contributing to a knowledge base. Fluent English and Italian are required; remote options available.
