Orient Express La Minerva in Rome seeks a Commis de Rang to join the Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner service in line with HACCP and our luxury hotel standards.
The role requires at least 2 years in a high-level restaurant/hotel, an Hotel School diploma preferred, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Italian and English proficiency is mandatory.
