Role Summary

As Digital Marketing Executive at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina,



you will support the execution of the resort's digital marketing strategy throughout the pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital content, social media channels, website updates, CRM campaigns and online marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement and support commercial performance. Working closely with Corporate Digital Marketing and the Commercial team, you will ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the exceptional standards and luxury positioning of Mandarin Oriental.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Opening Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy for the pre‑opening of Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of pre‑opening digital content across all relevant platforms.
- Assist in the launch of the resort's website, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency and SEO optimisation
