FH Collective - Academy in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience specialist to join our remote team. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing account issues and platform queries while working from home in Greece. The role offers relocation support for EU candidates, a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, a 10% performance premio, and paid training from day one. Shifts are 5 days a week, 08:00–00:00, with international collaboration.
