Inside Sales Coordinator – Oil

Are you the person who turns customer requests into successful business opportunities?
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing Oil & Gas Valves business.
In this role, you will be at the center of the commercial process, working closely with customers, Sales Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to develop competitive proposals and support strategic projects for the global energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Support Sales Managers throughout the bidding and order acquisition process.
- Follow up on commercial opportunities, customers, and prospects.
- Coordinate order management with Engineering, Operations, and Logistics.
- Maintain CRM and commercial databases.
- Develop strong relationships with international customers and partners.
- Contribute to business growth by ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination,
or Technical Sales Support.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Valve, or Industrial Equipment sectors is a strong advantage.
- Native English speaker (mandatory requirement).
- Strong commercial mindset and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
Compensation
€30,000 – €40,000 gross per year, based on experience and qualifications.
