Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales and key metric targets: Conversion, Units per transaction, Sales per worked hours and delivery and replenishment productivity Optimize the use of resource to improve productivity & efficiency Partner with CEM to implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance Identify opportunities to agevolazioni the business Handle all product items with care to ensure that marked out of stock is minimized Manage Marked out of stock efficiently following company calendar & guidelines Maintain a safe working environment for customers & empl
