Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

The Harbin Clinic in Rome, GA is actively seeking a highly motivated Audiologist to join our Hearing Center. With offices located in Rome, Cartersville, and Calhoun, GA, this Audiologist will become part of a well-established ENT practice with internal referral sources within our multi‑specialty Clinic. The position shares rotation among the three office sites along with other Audiologists. Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with the patient community is critical to the success of our practice. The Audiologist must be able to establish rapport with children and work within the scope of practice guidelines while directing patients for follow‑up care as their healthcare needs dictate. Licensure in the State of GA or license eligible is required.

Major Responsibilities




- Performs and interprets audiological evaluations to determine the type and severity of hearing loss, vestibular disorder, or other auditory disorder. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results, functional goals, and proper techniques.
- Prescribes and dispenses hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and hearing protection devices. Troubleshoots malfunctioning hearing aids and independently completes needed repairs or sends to the appropriate manufacturing company.
- Completes all required documentation following department policy, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and other forms to record patient care and daily billing.
- Consults and counsels patients and their families regarding hearing loss, amplification, and related communication difficulties. Addresses patient complaints concerning service, products, or charges and involves direct reporting as appropriate.
