As Environmental Health & Safety Specialist - Fixed Facilities (M/F/D), you will support the Company and the Employer in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of employees by identifying hazards and supporting the elimination of conditions that could lead to injuries, fatalities or permanent impairment; the Compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental regulations,



corporate requirements and industry standards and the protection of the environment through the implementation of environmental management programs and sustainable operational practices.

You will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors and other stakeholders to promote a strong HSE culture and ensure HSE requirements are effectively implemented across the site. As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist - Fixed Facilities (M/F/D), your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE Risk Management processes, including Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID) activities and other risk evaluation methodologies.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, field observations and safety audits to verify compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Promote the Company's HSE culture, including Safe to Start and Stop Work authority programs, through active engagement with employees, contractors and visitors.
