We are looking for a commercial professional with experience in real estate or other sales roles, who is motivated and eager to achieve personal and professional milestones.

Location: Almese, Villar Dora, Sant'Ambrogio di Torino, Rubiana (TO)

Contract: Full-time, self‑employed (p.iva)

Salary: €1,000.00 – €1,200.00 fixed monthly + commissions + bonuses.

Base compensation: Guaranteed monthly base from €1,000 to €1,200, commensurate with experience.

Commission & Premio: Clear commission plan and incentive for meeting monthly objectives.

Training: Free advanced training with group courses for all skills levels.

Exclusive market: Work in a specific territory with support from the leading real estate brand.

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate:



Preferable experience within an agency and knowledge of role dynamics.
- Commercial experience: Also considered from insurance, services sales, etc., provided there’s a solid negotiation and customer contact foundation.
- Determination: Autonomous, proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Mobility: Must be personally licensed to drive and manage appointments in the territory.
