Position Summary

Senior Vice President, Energy & Utility – responsible for leading the Energy Strategy and Utility Delivery organization across Europe to support QTS’s long‑term growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive electric generation, transmission & substation projects across Europe.




- Own European utility infrastructure strategy (generation, transmission, procurement).
- Account for >EUR500M portfolio and 20+ concurrent large projects.
- Define capital allocation and prioritization model.
- Direct a team leading high‑voltage project execution – scope, schedule, budget.
- Negotiate contracts with substation EPCs and utility partners.
- Track, report, and oversee power project status for all European sites.
- Develop utility portfolio‑level budget and financial reporting.
- Establish and frame forecast development to aid procurement and vendor partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution organization.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and leadership.
- Influence cross‑organizational peers to deliver power capacity in line with customer demand.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in utilities and energy sector with construction management expertise.
