Davines Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Lead to manage the global Service Desk operations and drive standardization and continuous improvement. The role reports to the IT Director and focuses on delivering high‑quality IT support across regions.
You will lead a small team of Service Desk Specialists, coordinate incident and request management, and evolve ITSM processes while aligning with the company’s sustainability values.
