Reporting to: Managing Director / CEO, Italy Branch
- Italian employment contract under CCNL Commercio.
- Fixed annual gross salary: €55,000 – €75,000 RAL paid over 14 monthly salaries.

To support the growth of our Italian organization, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial sales professional with a strong background in the sheet metal and laser cutting industry.
The ideal candidate comes from the medium-high segment of the machine tool market and combines strong commercial capabilities with solid technical understanding of laser processing technologies and industrial production environments.
Mission
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales opportunities and strengthening the company’s presence in Northern Italy, with a particular focus on the highly industrialized Brianza and Lombardy manufacturing districts.
The role requires the ability to autonomously manage customer relationships, understand production processes, and technically explain the advantages of modern fiber laser cutting and tube cutting technologies compared both with previous-generation systems (such as CO₂ laser technology) and with competing solutions currently available on the market.
The successful candidate will contribute to positioning the company as a reliable and technologically advanced partner capable of combining competitive technology, high productivity, and strong local customer support.
