Job Description
Enfinity is looking for an engineer that will be responsible for coordinating all the activities related to the identification, design, development, construction and commissioning of the grid infrastructure (transmission line and electrical substation) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects,
being responsible of liaising with the relevant stakeholders with particular reference to Transmission and Distribution System Operators, external engineering companies, development partners including advisors and consultants, also in coordination with other departments such as legal, business and technical development, engineering, construction and operation.
The ideal candidate is able to track the status and the progress of several projects efficiently and timely, to properly and effectively report to management, to evaluate risks and to suggest mitigation measures as well as technical improvements actions; is able to manage other resources and to properly allocate activities within the team based on workload and priorities; is able to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders; is also able to act proactively and has strong project management skills that will allow managing several small an
