Role Overview
We are seeking a Tender Manager for Secure Power to lead contract, bid, and proposal management, analyze RFQs, and prepare accurate costing using established processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid process, including development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee internal approval.
- Coordinate internal communication and follow‑ups to ensure offers are complete on schedule.
- Maintain reliable communication with key stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
- Engage with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather requirements, and develop competitive, client‑satisfying architectures.
- Present added value of offers from technical and economic perspectives to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships from tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.
Qualifications
- University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Clear customer‑oriented vision.
- Knowledge of Offer and Application.
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting,
team‑oriented and results‑driven.
- Results‑oriented, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Influence and convince skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Project risk assessment expertise.
- Finance literacy.
- Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory.
