Vertiv in Milano seeks a Senior Field Service Team Lead to guide a team of Field Service Engineers across the EMEA region, ensuring installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv equipment with a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
You will drive KPI performance, coordinate with Sales and Technical Support, manage resource planning, and develop the team through training to meet service targets across designated territories.
