Summer Internship Program
As part of our Summer Internship Program, you will join our Milan office and be placed in one of the following teams based on your profile and business needs:
- Sales — Support our sales team in promoting EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students, engaging with them personally, via email, and over the phone, and guiding them through their journey until they return from their trip.
- Customer Care — Assist enrolled students and their families with questions, requests, and support throughout their EF experience, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Travel Operations — Help coordinate the logistics behind our language travel programs, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and memorable trips for our students.
- Marketing — Contribute to campaigns, content, and initiatives that bring the EF brand to life and attract new students across Italy.

This role is based in Milan. It is a temporary, full-time internship opportunity. The duration is 6 months.
