Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear, accurate,
and professional solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with international colleagues to continuously improve service quality
What We're Looking For:
- Native or fluent Italian speaker
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
