Your new role

As our new Senior EHS Consultant, you will support the delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Due Diligence and Compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients across a variety of industrial sectors. You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks and liabilities, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and support transaction-related advisory services throughout the M&A; lifecycle.

The role requires a strong understanding of both environmental and occupational health & safety regulations,



together with the ability to identify material EHS risks, evaluate compliance status, and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Candidates can work in a fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct Environmental, Health & Safety Due Diligence assessments in support of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and financing transactions.
- Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities.
- Review environmental permitting, regulatory compliance obligations, and management systems.
- Evaluate occupational health & safety programs, risk assessments, contractor management processes, and related documentation.
- Support the identification, quantification, and prioritization of EHS risks, liabilities and improvement opportunities.
