What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests and make them feel at ease from the first second
- Walk the floor and keep the space clean, organized, and full of energy
- Connect people by starting conversations and making introductions
- Guide newcomers with tours and help them settle in with confidence
- Answer questions about equipment, classes, recovery spaces, and more
- Support trainers and help set up sessions for a smooth experience
- Handle check-ins, bookings, and messages without missing a beat
- Recommend classes, events, and activities that bring people together
What You'll Have
- You have around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces
