In this role you will coordinate daily operations of the Training Center, ensuring seamless onboarding, logistics, and training administration. You will be the operational link among the Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support functions, guaranteeing access, prerequisites, and systems are in place. You will support learners and instructors and maintain training tools. This position offers growth in a global environment focused on learning and development. You will help run visits, workshops, and events, contributing to effective training delivery at scale.

- Coordinate preparation and operational organization of training courses with the site Operations Manager
- Manage onboarding for instructors, visiting instructors, and temporary staff
- Administer access requests, badges, mandatory training, and onboarding checklists
- Support students and instructors throughout training activities




- Administer and maintain training systems (AGU, SharePoint, and related tools)
- Monitor prerequisites, activity completion, and status of learning initiatives
- Collaborate with Facilities, Security, EHS, IT, and Travel Support
- Support organization of Training Center visits, workshops, audits, and events
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, administrative, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration, or project support roles
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international teams
