Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a IT Integration Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Commerce / IT industry in Italy?
Your missions?
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans.
Your profile?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science,
Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines, with a strong background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting.
• Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services, content management systems, RFP preparation, and project management frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across nationalities, mediums, and temperaments.
• Strong organization, prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; proven experience in global and virtual team environments.
Nice to have: • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) would be a plus.
Working Location:
• Freelance: Full remote – open to candidates based anywhere in Italy.
• Employee: Hybrid working model – once a week at one of our offices: Turin, Milan, Rome, or Bologna.
