About the Role Pramac is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join the Headquarter Team at our main manufacturing site in Casole d'Elsa. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly analytical leader who thrives on optimizing operations and driving supply chain efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the planning team and ensuring maximum product availability while strategically balancing inventory costs, production constraints, and supply chain risks. Main Accountabilities Strategic & Tactical Planning: Build short-term (up to 8 weeks) and medium-term (2–8 months) supply plans for the Power and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) product categories.



Supplier Management: Manage and optimize a complex, international portfolio of European and Non-European suppliers. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the Material Planning Team (4 people), fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth. End-to-End Execution: Maintain a hands-on approach in translating market demand into actionable purchase plans and issuing purchase orders. Balance seasonality, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lead times, production capacity, and collection-related constraints to control costs. Inventory Ownership: Own and deliver material targets for the Casole site, including Inventory Value, Coverage, DIOH (Days Inventory On Hand), Safety Stock sizing, and Master Data accuracy.
