Moellhausen S.p.A. is an Italian company with over 50 years of experience in the flavors and fragrances industry. Through innovation, technical expertise and a strong customer-oriented approach, we develop and manufacture high-quality fragrance and flavor solutions for customers worldwide.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are expanding our commercial presence in selected European markets and are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to strengthen our Fragrance Division, based in Caponago.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Moellhausen's business within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers.
This role combines strategic business development with key account management and requires a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial professional capable of representing the company locally while working closely with our headquarters in Italy.
The position is home-based within the assigned country and requires frequent travel throughout the territory and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Identify, develop and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
- Promote Moellhausen's fragrance portfolio and provide commercial support throughout the entire sales process.
- Understand customer needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored fragrance solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with customers through a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D;, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities within the fragrance industry.
