At The St. Regis Rome we are looking for a Bartender (Temporary contract).
Reporting to the Bar Manager the role will be part of the F&B; team, proud to engage our guests and to create exquisite moments.

What You'll Do
- Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
- Greet guests and present menu.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Interacting with guests with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Create classics and innovative drinks exceeding guests' needs and expectations.
- Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
- Record drink orders accurately into Micros Record wastages.
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Peel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard specs.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Serve snacks to guests seated at the bar.
- Up-sell drink and food to guests.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests in a polite and professional way.
- Eye for detail and own initiative.
