As a Partner Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind building, activating, and scaling a strategic partner ecosystem designed to generate a measurable pipeline and sustainable revenue for OVHcloud.
Your main responsibilities :
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Consultancies) while maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline aligned with cluster priorities.
- Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are fully trained and certified; define and execute joint Business Development Plans and support partners in building compelling use cases and go-to-market strategies.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive co-selling activities and joint account planning to increase the partner contribution to overall sales performance and active opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (pipeline, revenue, certifications), conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),
and scale high-performing partners while re-activating or pivoting those with lower engagement.
- GTM & Ecosystem Activation: Execute co-marketing campaigns and enablement events, acting as the primary bridge between OVHcloud sales teams and the external partner ecosystem to evolve our GTM strategy.
