Technical Sales Advisor South Itay (Milano, IT, 20143)In this field-based role, you will support B2B customers in the gourmet artisan channel with highly technical, consultative guidance on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients. You will conduct demonstrations, trainings and trials across artisanal labs, bakery chains and food manufacturers, influencing product improvements and scale-up processes. Your work directly supports sales with technical value at the intersection of craftsmanship and semi-industrial production, contributing to innovation and customer success.Develop and manage B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel leveraging the existing networkProvide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients including troubleshooting and process optimizationBridge Chocolate Academy,
