The strength of ALTEN is based on the competence and professionalism of technical and managerial profiles, which are selected and trained with structured are looking for a senior Solution Architect to help Alten Italy strengthen its positioning in Telco transformation programs, with a specific focus on OSS and adjacent operational / digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with C levels, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.g., preparing meeting materials, collecting feedback, and developing action plans).
- Organize and coordinate management meetings,



including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.
- Track decisions from committee meetings and ensure follow-up actions align with company objectives.
- Monitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the strategy.
- Develop and analyze ad-hoc reports and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross-regional collaboration.

What We're Looking For
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent English and Italian (required); French is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore new initiatives.
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural environmen
