TXT Group is looking for an Application Analyst to join the Corporate IT Department, which is focused on internal projects.

The person we are looking for will contribute to ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance and evolution of the company's applications, with a primary focus on the Group's SAP ERP and progressive involvement across the entire corporate application ecosystem, in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
The resource will be involved both in the operational management of applications and in the Group's evolution and digital transformation projects, collaborating with Business stakeholders and external suppliers for the implementation of new solutions.
The person will report directly to the Group IT Application Manager,



working proactively and with a level of autonomy and responsibility commensurate with their experience and skills.
Main responsibilities: Application Analyst Advanced
- Configuration, management and maintenance of corporate applications, in compliance with company policies and standards, with a particular focus on the Group's SAP ERP;
- Analysis and resolution of issues reported by users and Business functions;
- Collaboration and interaction with external suppliers and partners;
- Oversight of integrations between the various corporate systems (ERP, BI, CRM, HCM, etc.);
- Preparation and updating of the technical-functional documentation required for the management and evolution of applications;
- User support and training activities on the occasion of new implementations and application releases.
