POSITION - Finance Business Partner Manufacturing We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented and result-driven Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Business Partnering team . In this role, you will be partnering with the business to drive performance, support strategic decisions and deliver sustainable financial results. What You Will Do Partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives. Drive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed.
Drives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively Prepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases. Own financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics. Ensure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations. Contribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance, ethics and internal control. Other analysis needed by the company. WHO You Are Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field; 3- 5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial Controller, Financial Controller or similar roles within structured industrial environm
