Lilly is seeking a Platform L&D; Leader to drive learning strategy and governance for the Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning & Development organization. You will lead a global team, ensure audit readiness, and enable platform-wide capability-building across sites.
Responsibilities include partnering with CoE, LAs, and LEPs to implement future-facing learning solutions, deploying digital and AI-enabled learning, and measuring impact with real-time analytics.
