Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands‑on IT support to end users at Carrier's facility in Legnago, Italy.

The role involves providing Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support in a shopfloor environment.

Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of relevant IT/Onsite Support experience
- Service Desk
- End User Services
- Field Services
- Onsite Support Services
- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Good to Have
- ServiceNow
- Cisco Meraki
- Dell Certification
- Experience supporting IT systems within a manufacturing/shopfloor environment

Language Requirements
- Italian – Native level
- English – Native level
