Location

This role is open globally, with locations in Poland (Warsaw), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Romania (Bucharest), Sweden (Vasteras), and Finland (Helsinki).



The work model is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, and maintain pricing dashboards for global and local decision-making, ensuring effective deployment by country teams.
- Analyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with countries for improvements.
- Contribute to the pricing transformation program, leading initiatives by assessing pricing maturity and identifying improvement areas.
- Act as a change agent to integrate pricing strategies into business operations, providing training and support.
- Develop a forum for sharing pricing best practices and continuous improvement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance analytics and deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas.
- Monitor pricing targets and collaborate with countries to analyze results.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
