Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment and onboarding for Italy. You will partner with Operations and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive strategic hiring initiatives.
You will coordinate multiple hotel and central services profiles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and proactively engage passive candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
