MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Dynamics 365 – AI Data Analyst to drive AI adoption within the Customer Service platform. You will work with Product Owners, BAs, and Microsoft teams to analyze large data sets, build AI features from PoC to production, and continuously improve AI-powered services.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ML models, LLMs, RAG, and strong data-analysis skills, plus English proficiency and Agile delivery experience. Shipping/logistics is a strong asset.
