Onsite IT Technician

We are looking for a proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services. We need an Onsite IT Technician with high customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users. This position might require temporary transfers to other customer locations so we need someone who is available to travel for business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide face‑to‑face IT support to users
- Install, move, and de‑install hardware
- Diagnose issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other personal hardware
- Perform system and application change testing
- Prepare scripts in Microsoft Windows 11, 10 and Microsoft Office 365 environments
- Support small projects related to new hardware or software installations
- Install software, patches, and updates using Microsoft SCCM
- Deliver a high level of customer service and hands‑on support
- Suggest improvements and provide feedback on new products and services
- Build effective working relationships with team members and business users
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment
- Experience in a manufacturing‑based organization preferred
- Good knowledge of End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Microsoft Office, SCCM/Intune)
- Previous experience with ticketing tools and ticket management software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
- English: Upper‑intermediate written and spoken proficiency
Work Conditions
Working hours: 40 working hours per week
Contract type: Temporary contract (Desired start date: 1st of September, until the end of 2026)
Working setup: 100% onsite
Compensation
Salary starting with 26,000 EUR gross/year, depending on
