In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company.

Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A; activities
- Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings
- Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.
- Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.
- Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.
- Conduct research,



perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of working experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
- Experience in Project Finance and/or M&A;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks
- Experience with a Big Four firm is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English
