In this role, you will oversee credit management and collections, working closely with other departments to ensure exposure is carefully monitored and processes run smoothly. For our Finance Department, we are seeking an Order to Cash Business Partner. In this role,
you will oversee credit management and collections, working closely with other departments to ensure exposure is carefully monitored and processes run smoothly. Job Requirements Solid experience in credit management or collections, preferably in B2 B environments or with strategic clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem‐solving abilities, data analysis skills, and strong attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Resilience and the ability to handle complex or critical situations. Strategic thinking and results‐oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach across business functions. Job Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer portfolios, paying close attention to payment behavior and exposures. Assess clients' creditworthiness and define credit limits in accordance with company policies.
