Sonnedix is seeking a Legal Counsel (12-month) in Italy to support legal strategy, risk management, and compliance. The role requires drafting and negotiating a broad mix of contracts across development, EPC, O&M;, PPAs and ISDA, with focus on in-country transactions and corporate governance.
